The courier will try again. After two failed attempts, the order may return to us.

Yes, every sterling silver item comes with an authenticity certificate.

Will the product look the same as the photos?

Yes, photos show the real product. Small color changes may happen due to lighting.

How do I take care of my silver jewelry?

Keep it dry, store it in a sealed pouch, and clean it with a soft silver cloth.
06. RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?

You can request a return within the return period if the item is unused.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Contact our support team with your order number.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds take 2–5 working days after we receive the returned item.

Can I exchange a product for a different size or design?

Yes, if the item is unused and eligible for exchange.

What should I do if my product arrives damaged?

Share photos with us within 48 hours. We will replace or refund it.
