Items must be in their original, unused, unworn, and unwashed condition.

All tags, packaging, certificates, and invoice copies must be included.

Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Items must not show any signs of wear, improper use, damage, or negligence.
Our team will inspect the returned goods before approving any refund or replacement.
3. Refund & Exchange Process
Refunds
If you request a refund:

Refund will be issued within 3 days of receiving and verifying the returned product.

Refund will be processed via account payee cheque, NEFT, or the original payment gateway.

Refund amount = Payment Made – Shipping/Freight Charges
Exchanges
If you request an exchange:

You may select another product of your choice.

If the new product costs more, the price difference must be paid before dispatch.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns

All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

The product must be packed securely and returned using a reliable courier service.

Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order only before it has been shipped.

If the item is not yet dispatched, we will issue a full refund.
After Dispatch

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

6. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded, due to hygiene and product nature:

❌ Nosepins
❌ Any item that comes in direct contact with the inner body
❌ Sale or discounted items (for “change of mind” returns)
These items are final sale unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
7. Returns for Sale/Discounted Items

Sale or discounted products are not eligible for return or refund for “change of mind.”

8. How to Request a Return or Refund
